SAFC SUITE NIGHT SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) Entry (defined below) per person and/or per e-mail address.
2. Enter the SAFC Suite Night Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) by completing the entry process, participants create an "Entry" and become an "Entrant" in the sweepstakes through any of the following SAFC Channels:
   

   Social Media: Enter via the entry link shared via designated SAFC social media channels.

   Fan Club: Receive an email from the SAFC Fan Club containing the entry form link, and complete it.

   Each channel provides a direct link to the entry form that must be completed to participate.

   By entering the sweepstakes, Entrant affirmatively and expressly consents to the collection, use, storage, and processing of the information submitted in connection with entry (“Entry Information”) by SAFC Management, L.L.C. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“SAFC”) for purposes reasonably related to the administration of the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, internal analytics, compliance with legal obligations, and marketing and promotional communications. Entrant acknowledges that such consent is voluntary, informed, and may be withdrawn at any time by following the instructions set forth in SAFC’s Privacy Policy or applicable communications, subject to legal and operational limitations. Entry Information will be handled in accordance with the SAFC Privacy Policy, available at https://www.uslsoccer.com/usl-privacy-policy, which describes how personal information is used and protected and outlines available rights and choices with respect to such information.

3. Sweepstakes registration begins April 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends at 11:59P M on April 20, 2026. All entries must be received by April 20, 2026, at 11:59PM (the “Deadline”) to be eligible.
4. One Entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected on April 21, 2026 (“Drawing Date”). The Grand Prize Winner, after appropriate verification, shall receive the “Grand Prize” consisting of twenty (20) tickets for a private suite experience at Toyota Field for the San Antonio FC match scheduled to occur on April 25, 2026 (the “Match”).
5. The items and their components included in the Grand Prize, as well as any determination of which prize goes to which Grand Prize Winner, are selected by SAFC, in its sole discretion. SAFC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Grand Prize.
6. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Any Grand Prize awarded must be claimed, and any Grand Prize not claimed will be forfeited.
7. Each Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail on the Drawing Date, and in the event that the Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days, or cannot claim the opportunity to win the Grand Prize, or is ineligible to win the Grand Prize (including, but not limited to, providing incorrect information on the entry form or failure to provide a Tax Identification Number), the Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize. An alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected through a second random drawing within two (2) days of the original Grand Prize Winner being ruled ineligible and the alternate Grand Prize Winner will have two (2) days to meet eligibility and verification requirements and claim the Grand Prize.
8. This Sweepstakes is only open to U.S. residents eighteen (18) years of age or older living in the state of Texas, except those living within seventy-five (75) miles of Houston, Texas or Dallas, Texas. Employees, immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and persons affiliated with SAFC, San Antonio FC, the United Soccer League (“USL”) and its Member Teams are not eligible to enter or win.
9. Contest void where prohibited. Sweepstakes and the Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under Texas law.
10. By entering, Entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the SAFC, the USL and its Member Teams, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners (the "Released Parties") against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) Entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the Grand Prize(s) awarded in the sweepstakes contest.
11. The Grand Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not subject to exchange. No substitute Grand Prize will be awarded, and Grand Prize may not be exchanged for cash. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for payment of any applicable federal, state and local taxes on the Prize. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $2,000. Grand Prize consists only of items specifically listed in these rules. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for transportation to and from the SAFC game and any other incidental costs, gratuities or expenses not identified in these rules. Location of any tickets included in the Grand Prize will be chosen at the sole discretion of SAFC.
12. The Released Parties accept no responsibility for an entrant failing to receive a Grand Prize.
13. By entering, Entrant authorizes the Released Parties the right to use the Grand Prize Winner's voice, name, likeness and photograph(s) for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification except where prohibited by law.
14. All decisions as to the sweepstakes rules and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of SAFC and may be changed from time to time without notice or recourse. All Grand Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and "WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND," express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
15. By entering the sweepstakes or accepting a Grand Prize, all Entrants release the Released parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any Prize (including any type or manner of costs or damages), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other theory.
16. Entrants that violate the Official Rules are subject to disqualification from participation in the sweepstakes and claiming or using the Grand Prize. Any such decision is in the sole discretion of SAFC. The potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within seven (7) days of attempted notification.
17. If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to claim his/her chance for the Grand Prize within the timeframe set out herein, such chance will be forfeited entirely, and the Grand Prize Winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Grand Prize.
18. SAFC is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this sweepstakes or in the announcement of Grand Prize. In the event SAFC is prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond SAFC’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within SAFC’s control (each a "Force Majeure Event”), SAFC shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without further obligation. If SAFC, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure Event, SAFC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more Grand Prizes be award than those specifically listed.
